The work that we do is always a challenge, and we are grateful for the support and leadership that we have had in the past. In Indonesia, our team has been headed for more than three years by our Country Director Rayanansi. We are grateful for her support and leadership and appreciate the energy and leadership she has given us. Raya has stepped down as Country Director and passed the leadership of our team in Indonesia to Monalisa. Monalisa is a long-term employee of FVW and she has agreed to serve as our Interim Country Director until a suitable replacement has been found. FVW has opened a search for a permanent replacement already.
