We are delighted to share our new self-understanding in this impact report and, above all, to highlight the remarkable developments and achievements in Indonesia and Uganda.
The numbers speak for themselves: In 2025, around 389,000 seedlings were distributed in Uganda and Indonesia, more than 550 hectares were planted, and 546 smallholder farmers were empowered through our work.
But our impact goes far beyond distributing seedlings. After more than twelve years, we are no longer reporting on our country offices, but on the work of our independent partner organisations: Good Forest Uganda and Good Forest Indonesia!
